Sweet July 4th treats

(WTNH) -- Independence Day falls on a Wednesday this year, but a lot of folks are getting a jump-start on the celebration now and that's just with dessert.

Mike and Mary McEntee from Emerald Bakery in Milford have some festive, fun and delicious treats for July 4th.

This year, they've created red, white and blue cupcakes, Boston cream pie, apple pie, blueberry pie, red, white and blue "flan cake" with all the whipped cream, cheesecakes, hotdog and hamburger rolls and even stuffed bread.
