WTNH-- "Take Your Child to the Library Day" has gone national.

The event, first launched almost a year ago locally, is now a nationwide campaign dedicated to bringing more children to their local libraries.

One of the co-creators of last year's event, Children's Librarian, Cailtin Augusta, from the Stratford Library Assocation., and Jennifer Keohane, with the Connecticut Library Consortium, were here to talk about the event.
