DeStefano: Roads better, not great

(WTNH) -- Appearing on Good Morning Connecticut Wednesday, New Haven Mayor John DeStefano said the city has spent about a million dollars (and counting) cleaning up after the Blizzard of 2013.

The mayor said the downtown area will be open today. He characterized the road conditions as 'better, not great."
