Erin Logan

Erin Logan joined the News 8 team in September 2011. She was recently at ABC 6 in Providence.

Prior to Providence, Erin was the 5:30 anchor at WNDU in South Bend, Indiana. One of the 90 minute newscasts she anchored won an AP award for "Best Newscast."

Erin's second job over the years has been an instructor at the collegiate level. She's taught several media courses and workshops, most recently at Johnson and Wales, Indiana University South Bend, and the University of Notre Dame.

Logan is no stranger to the New England television market. She's worked at the NBC affiliates in Boston and Providence. Her first job in the business was weekend anchor in Presque Isle, Maine.

Erin graduated Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 2000. In 2002, she got her Master's degree in Broadcast Journalism at Boston University.

During her free time, Erin loves running, volunteering at charity events helping underprivledged children, and spending time with her family.
