Teresa LaBarbera

Teresa LaBarbera is the morning traffic reporter for News 8’s Good Morning Connecticut. When the morning newscast is over, Teresa switches gears and becomes one of the hosts for Connecticut Style.

Teresa has been working in the news biz for the last ten years, behind and in front of the camera. She started off anchoring and reporting daily newscasts for a series of CT based radio stations.

Teresa spent some in the Pelican State, as a reporter and anchor for KTVE and KARD in Monroe, Louisiana. She covered the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina and was the host of the area’s annual Mardi Gras parade.

Teresa has been helping commuters get to work on time since 2007 and will always have an alternate route for you! She is a native of Middlebury, Connecticut and a UConn alumnus. Go Huskies!
