Mojitos that CAUSE weight loss!

Nutrition & Weight Loss
This month's topic was inspired by a viewer's question. Can I lose weight and still drink alcohol? The answer to that is NO! I know I know BUT these are not my rules so accept what you can't change and you will lose weight and I promise you will feel much better.
We all know someone who is skinny/fat. Skinny fat is when someone has skinny arms and legs BUT has a "Beer Belly" per say. When fat is stored in the abdominal section it is very UN healthy. This belly is also referred to as the insulin band. It's the body's way of telling you that it CANNOT utilize the alcohol or excess carbohydrates that you are eating or drinking. The remedy is always to exercise more to get you body to burn up the excess insulin that's in your system and WATCH YOUR DIET!!!!!!
I suggest that you count your carbohydrates and see how many you are eating may and drinking everyday to see what's going on. THIS is a very enlightening thing to do not easy but good for you. The goal is to aim at 100 carbs per day IF you are trying to lose that belly fat.
The second thing I suggest is to drink at LEAST 1 protein shake per day to get your metabolism going again. This is a very stubborn area to lose so you will need a few tricks up your sleeve to get that stubborn belly fat to budge. On that note we are going to make a Mojito that will cause weight loss! Sometimes it's not the alcohol that we need but the act of doing something fun and festive that we are looking for. I do understand the need to medicate sometimes BUT is it really going to help you or hurt you in the long run? One thing I do know is that IF you drink you won't feel like working out in the am so hows that going to work for you?
Here are three reasons you should drink your mojitos this way.
1-The complete protein will INCREASE your metabolism 25%
2- They are virtually carb and fat free
3-YOU WILL feel better and want to work out!
Here are THREE reasons NOT to drink alcohol
1-Makes your stomach fat
2-Increases your risk of cancer, liver disease and diabetes to name a few.
3-STOPS fat loss dead in its tracks & makes you GAIN WEIGHT
Here is my special very easy and extra YUMMY Mojito for weight loss recipe
