New York (WTNH) - It was a sea of blue, New York Giants' blue, on the streets of Lower Manhattan Tuesday.

Tens of thousands turned out for a victory parade in honor of the newly minted Super Bowl champions.

Later, at a City Hall rally, star receiver Victor Cruz showed off his famous salsa moves. Then all of the players, the owners and head coach Tom Coughlin were given honorary keys to the city.

"This is part of the dream. We have a number of players that never experienced this and they'll never forget this for the rest of their lives," said Coach Coughlin. "Thank you for making us feel so welcome."

The fans weren't the only ones snapping pictures. Giant players on the floats were also busy creating lasting memories of this once in a lifetime party.

All the players got the royal treatment, but the biggest applause went to quarterback and Super Bowl MVP Eli Manning who hit the stage carrying the Vince Lombardi trophy.

"The other message that's been talked about today is finishing, finishing the games, finishing the fourth quarter and finishing the season strong. That's just what we did," Manning said.

"Coming into that stadium every Sunday, 85,000 red, white and blue. Why wouldn't you not want to play for these Giants, baby," said Lineman Justin Tuck.

Thanks to these guys the entire football world is in a New York Giants state of mind.
