Bill Murray, Michael Bolton to play Travelers

CROMWELL, Conn. (AP) — The celebrity field for this year's Travelers Pro-Am golf round will include actor Bill Murray, singer Michael Bolton, and pro wrestler Booker T.

There also will be a host of celebrity golfers with ties to the University of Connecticut, including basketball coaches Jim Calhoun and Geno Auriemma, Athletic Director Warde Manuel, and former star player Scott Burrell.

The pro-am is scheduled for June 20, the day before the first round of the PGA Tour's Travelers Championship at the TPC River Highland's course.

Other celebrities involved include actor James Naughton, musician Javier Colon, former Heisman Trophy winner Doug Flutie, former New England Patriot star Andre Tippett, and NFL star-turned-broadcaster Ahmad Rashad.

The tee-times for each will be announced on June 18.
