Cromwell (WTNH) - A winner has been crowned on this last day of play at the Travelers' Championship.

The new champion is a familiar face in these parts. Kenny Perry played in Connecticut for the twenty-first time, making this year look easy.

The PGA tour veteran played so well that he set a new tournament record.

Perry played great golf, especially on day one. And today, he's finished 22 under for the week.

His four day total was 258, one shot better than the record set back in 1982 when the tournament was played in Wethersfield.

Perry gets a trophy, jacket and a check for over a million dollars.
