Drunk driver slams into parked car

SOUTH WINDSOR, Conn. (WTNH) -- A drunk driver who struck a parked car Saturday morning was charged with operating a vehicle under the influence, police say.

Around 1 a.m. Saturday, police responded to a motor vehicle accident on Oak Street. A vehicle had struck a parked car in the roadway.

Richard Krol, 51, was arrested after a series of sobriety tests. He was later related on $1,000 bond, but is scheduled to appear at Manchester Superior Court on July 9th.
