WEST HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- The left lane of I-95 northbound in West Haven was closed after a crash between a motorcycle and a car.

It happened around 3:20 p.m. Thursday afternoon.

The left lane was closed between exits 42 and 43 and traffic was congested for about a mile and a half.

The accident was cleared just before 4:00 p.m.

No word yet on the condition of the drivers.
