OLD LYME, Conn. (WTNH) -- I-95 southbound in Old Lyme was shut down for about an hour after a motorcycle crash.

Police say a motorcycle and a car crashed around 9 a.m. near exit 9.

The motorcyclist, who has not been identified, was transported to Backus Hospital with non life threatening injuries.

The road was shut down while crews were on the scene.

The whole road was reopened just before 10 a.m.
