Land Rover rolls off car carrier

GRISWOLD, Conn. (WTNH) -- One lane of traffic was closed on I-395 in Griswold after a Land Rover fell off a car carrier, state police said.

The accident happened on the northbound side just past Exit 86 a little after 6:00 a.m.

Police said one vehicle fell off and three others were damaged.

The Department of Transportation estimated it would take at least two hours to clear the road.
