KENT, Conn. (WTNH) -- State Police are investigating a motorcycle accident in Kent that sent one woman to the hospital.
The accident happened around 3:30 p.m.
Police said 47-year-old Mary Reilly was traveling west on Route 341, prior to the intersection with Cobble Road at the time of the crash. While negotiating a curve, Reilly lost control causing the motorcycle to drive off the right side of the road.
Reilly was throw from the motorcycle and sustained severe lacerations to her right leg, as well as other minor injuries to her right arm and right abdomen area.
Reilly was taken to Hartford Hospital via Lifestar. She is listed in fair condition.
The accident remains under investigation.
