One car flips, another mangled in three car crash

SOUTHINGTON, Conn. (WTNH) -- A three car crash in Southington early Saturday morning landed three people in the hospital.

Police say that the accident happened at Mulberry Street and Deckert Drive around 2 a.m. Saturday.

One of the cars was completely flipped over and another had part of its roof torn off.

Three people were transported to area hospitals, but there is no word on their condition as of yet.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
