(WTNH) -- An accident involving a FedEx truck closed three lanes of I-95 South in New Haven for more than an hour Wednesday.
The crash happened near the Route 10 exit around 6:25 a.m.
Several state troopers were on scene and images from traffic cameras appear to show an ambulance. We're told the truck driver refused medical treatment.
Authorities on the scene told News 8 some diesel fuel spilled onto the highway.
The truck itself was towed off the highway at 7:10 a.m. A Connecticut Department of Transportation sanding truck was brought in, spread sand over the highway, and all lanes were back open to traffic by 7:45 a.m.
