Drivers stuck on New Haven streets

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) -- It's the morning after Blizzard 2013 struck the state, and in many places around the state that means residents are immobile.
In New Haven, nobody's going anywhere, or if they are, they're not going very far as many drivers are either stuck, stranded, or both.
News 8's Stephanie Simoni is out checking out the situation.
