New Haven, Conn. (WTNH) - A New Haven bride has been forced to move her beach wedding inside as Hurricane Earl threatens the East Coast.

"He definitely has made all my dreams come true. I wished on a star and he's made all of my wishes come true," said the bride, Theresa Sabo.

As Theresa, her mother and best friend were making final plans today for her Friday night nuptials, they couldn't help but be concerned about someone not on the guest list -- Hurricane Earl.

"All my life all I wanted was a beach wedding," Theresa said. "We were planning to have a fire pit outside at night, the breeze from the ocean. Boy, will we have a breeze if this hurricane comes in."

But the wedding will just have to move inside at Anthony's Ocean View. Thankfully, they have a generator if power is lost in the area.

The bride knows no matter what happens, it's going to be a special day.

"I'm optimistic and I know come rain or shine, we're going to have a happy life and a great night," she said.
