NORWALK, Conn. (AP) — Gov. Dannel Malloy and U.S. Small Business Administrator Karen Mills are visiting a small business in Norwalk to discuss disaster benefits available to get businesses back up and running after Superstorm Sandy wreaked havoc in Connecticut.

Malloy and Mills will visit Overton's Seafood, a small business that boasts an outside waterfront deck and which has been serving family-style seafood, burgers and other meals since 1948. The building was heavily damaged by Sandy.

Malloy and Mills will meet Overton's Seafood owner Saturday and discuss benefits available from the Small Business Administration , which has streamlined its online process for applying for disaster loans.

The new application will take less time to complete than the previous application that took borrowers through 80 screens. The new application is four pages for homeowners seeking disaster loans, and three pages for businesses.
