(WTNH) - Here is the Storm Team 8 forecast from Erica Grow:
Thunderstorms fired up in parts of Connecticut this afternoon, and we even had a Severe Thunderstorm Watch in effect for a few hours. Now that the thunderstorms are done, patchy dense fog will develop tonight. Tomorrow, the cold front that brought storms to Connecticut today will stall to our south, bringing a few shower chances late in the day. Memorial Day Monday will be another warm and humid day with an isolated thunderstorm, and this stagnant pattern holds for much of the workweek, too. The next change will come with a deep, upper-level trough moving toward us from the Great Lakes region late in the workweek. This will keep the chance for showers in the forecast, but the airmass won't be quite as humid. Of course, we're also keeping an eye on Subtropical Storm Beryl, which could bring us some rain in the middle of the workweek, but we're not expecting any wind- or wave-related impacts from Beryl.
