Event expands to two days

Dayton, Ohio (WDTN) - RiverScape MetroPark is the place on August 25 for the 4th annual Dayton African American Cultural Festival.

This family event brings the richness of the African American experience to Dayton and its surrounding communities through culture, arts, education and music.

Highlights include The African Village, youth pavilion, and enjoy live presentations of R&B, Gospel and Jazz featuring acts like Demolition Crew, Coby Ross, Fire Starters and more.

There will be free health screenings, and an African Wedding, plus great food and craft vendors.

Day two on Sunday will include gospel music at McIntosh Memorial Park at Riverview and Edwin C. Moses.
