| The Heart Gallery is a pictorial display of children in the care of the Department who need an adoptive family. The Heart Gallery is displayed in one to 2 venues in CT. The children featured are like all children, they have hopes and dreams and they want to grow up in a family. They want a family to call their own. The children and youth featured in the Heart Gallery represent the hundreds of children between the ages of infancy to eighteen who come into the care of the Department each year who need foster families, and when they cannot return home or to their relatives, they will need adoptive families. |
