| Seniors Have Dreams Too was incorporated in 2007 and they grant wishes to seniors on or below the poverty level. Seniors Have Dreams Too has created twelve wishes since the incorporation and try to do one or two wishes a year. There is a senior art show on October 11th for artists 55 and older in Meriden. Artists range from amateurs to artists who have had their work sold. There are over 50 artists each year. On May 27th, former governor Jodi Rell had made this day Senior Hug Day and Seniors Have Dreams Too goes out to give hugs to seniors. |
