It’s “The Sassy Seafood Sisters”, Susan and Traci, ready for round 2. This will be our second year owning the Dockside and after last year we are so looking forward to it.

We would like to say thanks to family and friends for all the fun, laughs and all your patience. Our whole staff is here to welcome you and make your dining experience unforgettable.

Olive Oil
5or 6 Clams
To Taste Garlic
½ lb. Mussels
½ Cup White Wine
½ Cup Clam Juice
2 stalks Asparagus
6 or 7 Cherry Tomatoes
2 Tbsp. Butter
8 oz. Linguini

Heat up Olive oil, add clams and toss. Toss in garlic, white wine and clam juice bring to a simmer. Add mussels, asparagus and butter. The butter is not necessary if you are watching your fat. Place a lid on top cook for 2 or 3 minutes then tosses in the cherry tomatoes and cook for 1 to 2 more minutes, until they are warmed thru. Toss with linguini serve right away.

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic
½ C. White Wine
½ C. Clam Juice
2 C. Marinara sauce
1 Tbsp Butter
2 Leaves Fresh basil
12 to 16 Mussels

Method: In a medium sauté pan warm up the oil with the garlic until brown. Add Mussels, white wine and clam juice, toss to combine. Add Marinara Sauce and cover pan, steam until Mussels open. Finish with butter and fresh basil, serve with fresh warm bread.
