Our nurses are skilled in negative pressure wound therapy and compression therapy. We also offer ostomy care, support and education. We order all supplies for patients including mattresses, chair cushions and DME supplies. |
| Family Care Visiting Nurse provides comprehensive rehabilitation services after an illness or injury to ensure patients regain their maximum level of function. Family Care provides Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists who work closely with patients recovering from recent hospitalizations, neurological disorders, orthopedic and cardiac surgery, a decrease in functional mobility and other health issues. Our goal is to improve our patient’s quality of life by educating them and their significant others about their diagnosis and/or functional disorder & designing a specific care plan. |
