A few of the treatments include physical therapy, medication, and surgery. Botox is also a cutting-edge treatment that has provided relief for many migraine sufferers.
Additionally, St. Raphael's offers a free support group that is open to friends, family, caregivers, and those who suffer from all types of headaches.
The group meets monthly on every third Thursday of the month, from 5:45 to 7 p.m. at Saint Raphael's.

The Looking Forward program was founded at the Hospital of Saint Raphael in 1994. It has served more than 20,000 patients. It's a multi-faceted, nationally recognized integrative wellness, support and education program. The program offers educational workshops, gentle yoga, holistic nutrition, support groups, and pet therapy.
