His sauces and restaurants have won numerous awards. Chef Silvio is known for providing impeccable service along with his delectable food selections. Cafe Allegre and WoodWinds will be open for Easter. Chef Silvio will be preparing a buffet feast at WoodWinds with seatings @ 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and he'll be @ Cafe Allegre from noon to 6 pm preparing traditional Easter dishes - no special seating time for Allegre, just call for reservations for both places. |
