Lemon Crepe Recipe
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup less 1 tablespoon water
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 ½ teaspoons lemon zest
1/4 teaspoon salt
Whisk all the ingredients until the crepe batter is completely smooth; let it rest in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before making into crepes.
