Milford (WTNH) - News Channel 8 is learning more about the fatal police crashthat killed two teenagers from Orange.
According to the arrest affidavit, Ofc. Jason Anderson wasdriving 94 miles per hour and was not on an emergency call.
Earlier this month, Anderson was charged with two counts ofsecond-degree manslaughter and one count of reckless driving. Hewas released on $250,000 bond.
David Servin and Ashlie Krakowski, both 19-years old, werekilled in the June 13th crash.
On Tuesday, the video from inside a police cruiser was releasedthat shows the car carrying the teens turning into the path ofAnderson's cruiser.
Investigators also say that Anderson, who was traveling south onthe Boston Post Road, had a yellow blinking light and that theteens, who were coming north and making a left onto Dogwood Road,had a red blinking light.
Also released today was the arrest warrant for Jaycen Munro, a21-year old Milford man who hosted the party that the teensattended prior to the crash. According to Munro, the teens weredrinking before arriving at the party.
"Dave and Ashlie appeared to be very tipsy when they got to theparty and he [Munro] did not see them drink anything at the party,"the arrest warrant states.
Other partygoers told police that Ashlie and Dave played a gameof beer pong at the party and "had to drink (1-2) beers eachbecause they lost" and that during the couse of the party "Dave andAshlie probably had a (12) pack between them."
The toxicology reports for Servin and Krakowski have not beenreleased.
Munro has been charged with delivery of alcohol to minors andpermitting minors to possess alcohol on private property.
