Waterbury school officials seek to develop plan for students with asthma

WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) - Waterbury school officials want to put a plan in place for students with asthma.

According to the Republican-American (https://bit.ly/2qxk6FY), this school year, more than 4,000 public school children in the city have asthma listed on their health records.

That number comes from the city's health department, the publication reports.

That number indicates that asthma is the most prevalent chronic health condition among the city's school-aged children.
