Everyone can find five minutes to do something, and we probablyspend more time thinking about what we should do than actuallydoing it.
This workout can be done anywhere, anytime, by anyone- so noexcuses! It doesn't matter whether your goals are weight loss orgeneral fitness, this workout will work for you and you will seeit.
If you are already fit you can always ramp it up by adding moresets or doing extra repetitions. The very best part is that you cantake this workout on vacation with you because there is noequipment needed.
This month we started out with simple exercises that we all knowbut probably take for granted. They are so simple that most of usprobably think they are too simple to be effective, but they workif you do them consistently.
I suggest that you start out doing these exercises every day toform a habit and to get yourself hooked on how you feel when you'redone. In fact, this is a trick that we celebrity trainers use whenwe are getting clients ready for photo shoots. We train them everyday to see maximum results. If you have a prom or wedding or classreunion to go to and you want to get fit fast, give yourself amonth to do these exercises and of course modify your diet and youwill arrive in shape!
Keep in mind that you can exercise all day, but if you areeating junk, you will get stronger but won't see results. You willneed to clean up your diet and start eating lean proteins and lotsof vegetables. If you need help or a Leaner Lifestyle food listplease e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will help youreach your goals! Always remember it's 75 percent diet and 25percent sweat.
FAT LOSS TIP: Try to drink a protein shake two hours before yourworkout to "prime" your body to burn fat as fuel.
Five Minute Workout:
- Wide stance Prisoner Squats 25 repetitions
- Nose to floor pushups 25 Repetitions
