Local author reveals her tips for handling anxiety

(WTNH) - Millions of adults suffer from anxiety, a disorder that can often take over a person's life. Anxiety expert and author of " Goodbye Anxiety, Hello Freedom" Stephanie Dalfanzo shares how you can help break the chains of anxiety, with simple tasks you can do at home. 

Through life experience, Stephanie learned that one size does not fit all when combating anxiety. This inspired her learn and help heal people dealing with the disorder.
