NEWINGTON -- Halloween festivities and trick-or-treating will go on, but the city urges people to use caution in areas that still be without power.
NORTH BRANFORD -- Trick-or-treating is on. CT Sportsplex is having a Trunk-or-treat. Cars can start filling up the lot at 5:00 pm and the event will start at 6:30 pm. Bounce U is also having an all day open bounce for $11:00 per Bouncer. Costumes allowed, with no masks or accessories. 10:00 am-6:00 pm.
