Two toddlers celebrating their birthdays this week in Norwich got a big surprise from their community and first-responders after they had to cancel their birthday party amid coronavirus concerns.
One of the biggest issues so far in this pandemic has been lack of testing. Officials say drive-thru testing is now available to the public at Hartford Hospital, and people are taking advantage.
Many events around the state have been canceled or postponed because of the coronavirus.
