“I was in an accident and the person who hit me only stuck around for a few minutes, due to the extreme freezing weather, they felt it wasn’t safe! The Police eventually showed up and I did hae a photo of their license and license plate. I have a lot of damage to my car, and medical bills for a back injury from the accident. Is this going to affect my situation?”
