NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) – The GCC Foundation raises scholarship funds with the C.O.O.K. Series.

Chefs of Our Kitchen (C.O.O.K.) event begins with a pre-event reception with wine, beer, and soft drinks and hors d’oeuvres in Gateway’s NewAlliance Foundation Art Gallery.

Dave has been a guest chef on WTNH many times. Chef Dave is the Culinary Consultant to the GCC Foundation for the COOK Series. The former owner of Sage American Grill is a Chef Graduate of the Culinary Institute of America 1969 when it was here in New Haven on Prospect Street. Dave was a L.B.O. partner and the former Executive Vice President of Operations for Chart House Enterprises and was Vice President of Restaurant and Brand Concepts for Paramount Pictures licensing division in Hollywood, CA. Dave is very active with many of New Havens non-profit institutions and is a current board member and past Chairman of the Connecticut Restaurant Association.

March 7: Innaccone siblings (owners of Goodfellas, Luce and Bin100)

April 11: Celebrity chef, Lidia Bastianich, Book signing precedes event.

May 2: Author Paul Freedman (Ten Restaurants that Changed America)

Oct. 17: Frank Patrick, owner of Bar Restaurant

Nov. 4: Faith Middleton and Chris Prosper (WNPR Food Schmooze)

Dec 5: cookbook author, Dorie Greenspan.
