Today Chef Ulises Jimenez makes a Lobster Bake. This lobster bake includes 1 and 1/2 pounds of fresh Maine lobster in a huge bowl with corn on the cob, potatoes, clams, and mussels. Jack's Bar & Restaurant proudly serves certified USDA Prime Angus Beef and they specialize in seafood as well for those hot summer nights!
