A New Year’s Eve dinner to remember. You can head to the Omni New Haven Hotel at Yale.

Joining us in the Bender kitchen are Director of Food and Beverage Wayne Kirsten and Sous Chef Dan Ruzzo to give us a preview on what’s on the menu for the New Year’s Eve dinner.

There are two sittings, one at 6 pm and the second at 8:30 pm. The first sitting is $59 per person, and the second seating is $89 per person (this includes Champagne).
