Mediterranean Chicken Sausage over Zoodles (serving 4-6)

Ingredients:
2 packages of al fresco Feta and Spinach Chicken Sausage
2 20oz. cartons zoodles (zucchini noodles)
1 pint of cherry tomatoes (rinsed)
2 T olive oil

Toppings
Fresh lemon zest
½ cup sliced Kalamata olives
½ cup feta cheese crumbles
