In the kitchen: La Foresta shares their late summer menu

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — Summer’s not over yet and the folks at La Foresta restaurant in Killingworth recognize that with their late summer menu!

Joining us today in the kitchen is Owner Francesco Lulaj along with Executive Chef Ajay Birchall.

Executive Chef Ajay will be preparing a Veal Chop with mushroom risotto, grilled asparagus, port wine-infused demi glaze and Panzanella (bread salad).
