NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) —  Joining us in the kitchen are Owner Francesco Lulaj and Executive Chef Ajay from La Foresta Restaurant to cook a special dish and share their Valentine’s Day specials.

Executive Chef AJay makes pan seared scallops with white quinoa, avocado sweet pepper salsa and roasted radicchio.
