What mom wouldn’t appreciate a little extra sleep? For that to happen, your baby needs to sleep!

Here are some tips to get you started:

1. Set up an ideal sleep environment. 

2. Remember that you can’t make any sleep mistakes in the first few months.

3. At 3-4 Months start to establish sleep independence. 

4. Set yourself up for success with a schedule.
