For 45 years Olde Mistick Village has been a great destination to shop, dine and stroll, and with new stores, you can find something there for everyone.
“I think that’s the beauty of Olde Mistick Village, is the variety,” said owner Joyce Resnikoff.
One of the newest places there is Una, a clothing store.
“I would say it’s more of a hip type of store,” said Chris Regan, property manager of Olde Mistick Village.
“Easy to fit easy to wear easy to travel in,” Resni
It also carries bags, home goods and candles.
If you’re an aspiring chef, head to Kitch, which is full of gadgets and gizmos, serving dishes, and so much more.
“Anybody that’s into cooking is going to love that store,” Regan said.
If you’re looking for something for your little one, Mara Lunas has it all.
“Mara Luna’s is a very, very special store,” Resnikoff said.
It carries kids clothing from size newborn to 5T, as well as cuddly toys, lunchboxes and other accessories.
For the shopper with a green thumb, there’s The Plant Boutique.
“The Plant Boutique is owned by my wife Annie Heddick,” Regan said. “She has a wide variety of exotic, different types of plants.”
“I think anybody who loves plants would walk in and say, ‘Oh my goodness,'” Resnikoff added.
Smith’s Boutique has something for the man in your life, like clothes, bags and skincare products. They also have great clothes for women as well as fall decor.
“I think when you go in you can see yourself either traveling in an outfit or go to a casual party,” Resnikoff said.
And of course, if you’re looking to pick up some jewelry or artwork, and maybe get a psychic reading while you’re at it, there’s Skull and Moon.
“It’s interesting to go in there and she’s 7th generation psychic,” Resnikoff said.
