Caplan says Taste of New Haven, Apizza Feast will be Sept 14, 2018 at the New Haven Grand Prix.

Taste of New Haven was founded in 2011 and provides culinary entertainment including a dozen walking tours, pizza tours, cooking classes, history tours, party bike tours (on the Elm City Party Bike), corporate outings, progressive dinners, school outings and festivals.

Apizza, pronounced “ah-beets” is a word only used in the New Haven area to mean pizza. The word and their pizza came with the waves of Italians from the areas around Naples. They once spoke a different language from Italian that is now only spoken here!
