Today Dish: Ready, set, crawl!

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) - Crawling is not just for babies, it's the new hot exercise for strengthening and fitness.

This exercise has apparently been championed by a training system called original strength, which takes everyday moves and adapts them to become fitness.

71-year-old battling cancer beats Guinness World Record for age group. Andy Steinfeldt beat the Guinness World Record this week at the Sabes Jewish Community Center in Saint Louis Park. 

Steinfeldt held the plank for 38 minutes. The previous record was for 36 minutes and 58 seconds. Guinness World Records has not yet officially verified the record. 

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers become the first NFL team to hire two full-time female coaches. Head coach Bruce Arians has appointed Maral Javadifar to assistant strength and conditioning coach, and Lori Locust to assistant defensive line coach.

The Boston Public Library in Boston, Massachusetts is now offering books and booze. The highlight at the new Map Room Tea Lounge is the tea-infused cocktails.

They are all inspired by works of literature with names like "Tequila Mockingbird" and "Catcher in the Rye." The cafe also offers snacks and other beverages as well.
