NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) - You may have seen a unique billboard if you were driving along I-84 in Waterbury.
Nine longtime friends thought it would be funny to get a family photo taken at JCPenney. They posted it on social media and it went viral, which led them to invest in the mystery billboard.
One of the guys in the photo told News 8 the only goal of the billboard was to make people laugh.
Two best friends from Connecticut are heading on a girls' trip after winning big on the "Wheel of Fortune."
