A sweet moment ahared between two siblings from Fairfield County in Connecticut.

Eight-year-old Derek told his little sister five-year-old Charlee he was proud of her after her Pre-K graduation and they both started to cry. Parents Aundrea and Matthew Smith captured the moment.

A new study found sitting to watch TV is worse than sitting at work. Researchers found that often or always sitting at work was not associated with an increased risk of death and heart disease.

But those who watched at least four hours of TV each day had a 50 percent higher risk of heart issues and dying.

Steven Hendry clinched his spot at the Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest by scarfing down 25 dogs in 10 minutes.
