Mick Jagger set to have heart surgery


Rock and Roll legend Mick Jagger will be undergoing heart valve replacement surgery this week.

According to the Drudge Report, Jagger will have the surgery Friday and he expected to make a full recovery.

Sources told the site Jagger is in “extraordinary physical condition.” and is expected to be back on tour by summer.

The band announced Saturday that Jagger was told by doctors “he cannot go on tour at this time.”

“I really hate letting you down like this,” Jagger tweeted Saturday. “I’m devastated for having to postpone the tour but I will be working very hard to be back on stage as soon as I can.”

Tour promoters AEG Presents and Concerts West advise ticket holders to hold on to their existing tickets because will be valid for the rescheduled dates.
