WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) – Gov. Ned Lamont and state leaders commemorated the start of Hispanic Heritage Month in Waterbury on Wednesday.

Lamont was joined by state agency commissioners, members of the Connecticut General Assembly, and local leaders at Mojo Nuevo Latino Cuisine on East Main Street.
