Holidays

Some Thanksgiving table scraps pose serious health risks to your pet.

Experts say onions, chives, garlic, grapes, and raisins can cause digestive problems. Chocolate, guacamole, and nuts should also be avoided.

On this holiday, you should never give your dog anything with a bone.

“Raw or cooked bones for turkeys, just because they are so small and fragile, They can cause a lot of issues. they can cause choking hazards,They can actually block the intestines and require emergency surgeries,” says Veterinarian Dr. Angelica Dimock.

Doctors say it is okay to let your pet indulge on sweet potatoes, pumpkins and carrots.
